What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with environmental standards Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and optimize processesDocument operational data accurately for reporting and continuous improvement Required Skills:

Previous experience in gas plant or process operations Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work a 7/7 rotation schedule Excellent attention to detail and safety-minded approach Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of industry-specific software or control systems Experience with safety certifications such as OSHA or HAZWOPER Familiarity with fluid&gas processing equipment Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in gas processing or industrial plant operations is preferred, with a focus on maintaining safety and operational efficiency Other Requirements:

Must be able to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions Valid certifications/licenses related to process operations are a plus Willingness to commit to an initial 12-month duration, with potential for direct employment opportunity
