Job Title: Scale House Operator/Coordinator (Night Shift) Company: Asgard Resources Location: Bainville, MT (Half-Hour Drive from Williston, ND) Pay: $18–$25/hr. DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5–6 days/week | 12-hour shifts) About the Role Asgard Resources is hiring a Scale House Operator/Coordinator to support our frac sand operations in Bainville, MT. This role is primarily indoors in the scale house and focuseson coordinating truck traffic, processing load tickets, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to communicate professionally with drivers and team members, this could be a great fit. You'll play an important role in helping the plant run smoothly and efficiently during night shift operations. What You'll Do Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems Create and process load tickets with accurate order, driver, and weight details Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams Enter and maintain records with a high level of accuracy Monitor loadout activity and report discrepancies or issues as needed Help maintain an organized and professional scale house environment Provide professional communication and customer service to drivers and team members What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers and performing data entry Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous scale house, logistics, dispatch, administrative, or industrial experience is a plus Comfortable communicating with drivers and team members by phone, text, radio, and other communication systems Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed Work Environment Primarily indoors in a scale house setting Regular interaction with drivers and operations personnel Night shift schedule Industrial frac sand operation Benefits Medical coverage (company pays 70% for employees and dependents) Company-paid life insurance&AD&D ($100k) Optional dental, vision, short-term disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and voluntary life coverage Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady overtime opportunities Apply Today Local candidates within commuting distance of Bainville / Williston are strongly encouraged to apply.
