Loyal Source is seeking a highly skilled

Site Superintendent

to oversee ongoing and upcoming projects at

Minot AFB . This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a secure, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site supervision for HVAC and HVAC Controls projects (primary focus). Oversee additional projects involving

fire alarm installation . Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely project execution. Manage base access requirements for all subcontractors and personnel. Maintain daily project logs, progress updates, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and Air Force Base regulations.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and base personnel. Utilize Microsoft applications for scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Required Qualifications Extensive background in HVAC and HVAC Controls

(required). Experience with

fire alarm installation

(preferred; training available for the right candidate). Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work on a secure military installation and obtain necessary clearances. Schedule

Choose one of the following standard schedules: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays

Pay Rate: $40/hr
