Location: Williston Work Location Type: In-Office, Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday: shifts between 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM. Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM. Pay: $20.25-$21.25 per hour Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Williston Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs. Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.Compensation&Perks: Pay Range: $20.25-$21.25 Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked! Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 40 per week scheduled for the hours of 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-1:15 PM on Saturdays!
