We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker. This role involves working with round and oval spiral pipe as well as rectangular duct components in a fast-paced production environment.

Assembly Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Read and interpret product codes, specifications, and work orders Fabricate, drill, punch, and cut sheet metal components
• Assemble products using welds, bolts, rivets, solder, caulk, and adhesives Ensure accuracy and quality in all finished products
• Identify parts, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with team members

Assembly Worker Qualifications:

• Hand tools: hammers, aviation snips, uni-shears, notchers
• Power tools: drills, screw guns, plasma hand tools
• Application tools: paint brushes, caulk guns Industrial equipment including forklifts (if qualified)
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work sequences
• Effective communication, reading comprehension, and active listening skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
