Intern Position at First Western Equipment Finance
First Western Bank & Trust is currently seeking to fill a part-time temporary Intern position at First Western Equipment Finance in Eden Prairie.
Assist with special projects in various departments within the company.
Assist with various functions to ensure quality customer service
Answer incoming phone calls
Maintain bank records
Assist in preparing information and reports
Assist in database management
Shadow multiple positions within the bank and train in a variety of tasks
Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and the Bank's policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act
Maintain continuing education related to regulatory standards
Greet visitors and inquire the nature of their business in order to provide customer service
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned with or without notice
Intern Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive college credits
Knowledge of business concepts
Intern Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with careful attention to detail
Able to prioritize, multitask and work with a variety of people
Reliable, responsible, and dependable
Demonstrate professionalism
Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft programs
