Build and review production grade Java/Spring services, APIs, and integrations; mentor engineers through hands on pairing and technical guidance

Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, including data modeling, and API integrations with enterprise platforms

Apply healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) and ensure HIPAA compliant data handling across all components

Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to establish technical patterns, drive adoption of best practices, and improve system reliability

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of software engineering experience, with solid architecture exposure and ability to work independently while expanding business and technology knowledge

Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot and modern API development, including REST, event driven integrations, and secure service design

Proven solid communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business functions

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid experience in Salesforce platform architecture, preferably including API integrations, and platform governance

Experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, and CI/CD integration as part of modern engineering patterns

Experience influencing technology decisions, evaluating tools, and advocating for modern development practices

Exposure to FHIR-driven data flows, enterprise data patterns, or payer/provider systems

Prior work in scaled agile environments and solid understanding of solutioning, options analysis, and road mapping
