Your work will include:/pulliDeveloping and executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction/liliBuilding and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and prospects/liliLeveraging financial insights to strengthen sales performance/liliTracking and analyzing sales activity to ensure goals are met and exceeded/liliConducting industry research to uncover trends and inform sales strategies/liliPromoting Innovative Office Solutions full suite of products and services/liliLeading conversations that uncover customer challenges and position our solutions effectively/liliListening actively to understand client needs and tailor recommendations/liliParticipating in community and philanthropic initiatives that reflect our values/liliCollaborating with the Sales Director to develop annual and quarterly sales strategies/liliStaying ahead of industry trends and partnering with category experts to deliver best?in?class solutions/liliStrengthening long?term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow?through ulliStreamlining ordering processes with internal teams/liliResolving issues quickly and professionally/liliMaintaining high retention rates and deepening relationships with key purchasing contacts/li/ul/liliMeeting and exceeding activity and sales goals, including: ulliProspecting and account management through CRM tools/liliCompleting dashboard activities (New Customers, Insiders, Tours, Business Reviews, Opportunities)/liliUsing reports and tools to optimize performance and drive results/li/ul/li/ulpYoure a natural hunter
