Job Description

Monthly reporting of consolidated financial results to investors, lenders, and executives.

Analysis of financial results with the ability to clearly communicate results with detailed analysis of variances to budget and prior periods.

Financial due diligence, analysis, and pricing of target acquisitions.

Following acquisition transactions from start to finish including:  i) initial diligence and pricing; ii) working with third party quality of earnings providers; iii) conducting ad hoc analysis to support IDG’s operations and legal teams during contracting, diligence, close and transition; iv) performing analysis and creating presentations for IDG’s investment committee and investors.

Working closely with IDG’s internal sales team to communicate with external accountants of sellers to obtain and understand financial information.

Communicate conclusions simply – verbally, in email and in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Conduct regular analytics for IDG’s operations team and provide reports to allow them to better understand the recent and near-term performance of IDG’s practices (including KPIs).

Conduct other financial and non-financial analysis as required.
