SERVICE

to the client is our primary objective. There is no selling required in this position, just repairs! This position will be located in the Boca Raton, FL area. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems and plumbing.Perform necessary repairs or replacements on faulty components, such as motors, valves, filters, and pool lights etc. Install and configure pool equipment, ensuring proper functionality and performance. Respond promptly and professionally to customer service requests and inquiries related to pool repairs.Keep accurate records of all repairs, documenting parts used, and labor performed. Always adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in pool repair techniques and equipment. Required Skills&Abilities: Proven experience as a repair mechanic. Strong knowledge of pool equipment, including pumps, Chlorination&Salt Systems, filters, heaters, automation systems, electrical and plumbing. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex pool equipment issues while on site. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple repair tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Education&Experience: High school diploma/GED (preferred but not required) 4+ years of pool repair experience Schedule: Monday– Friday with occasional Saturdays Benefits: Weekly pay direct deposit Company vehicle and gas card – for company use only Blue Cross Blue Shield health, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plan with a 4% company match Profit sharing Job type: Full Time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, Non-Exempt Qualifying candidates must be able to pass a background and drug screen prior to being hired.
