Trial Attorney Position

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through resolution or trial. This role is best suited for a litigation professional who is confident in client-facing work, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy. Responsibilities include managing personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial, building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing clear legal guidance, communicating with insurance carriers regarding claims, demands, and settlements, preparing cases for litigation, mediation, and trial, conducting negotiations and representing clients in settlement discussions, handling trial proceedings, including courtroom advocacy and presentation, providing ongoing client updates and case strategy input, and collaborating with internal teams to support case success and efficiency.Requirements include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active Florida Bar membership in good standing, 6+ years of litigation experience, strong negotiation, advocacy, and case evaluation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a full caseload.Preferred qualifications include first-chair jury trial experience, experience in personal injury and property damage litigation, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience mentoring or supporting junior attorneys.
