Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for our Boise, ID market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers. You'll play a key role in driving our business by contacting homeowners, setting qualified appointments, and providing excellent customer serviceall while contributing to a growing, high-performing team.What We Offer

Contact homeowners to set up qualified appointments for free consultations Deliver and adapt scripted pitches based on customer needs Handle questions and overcome objections professionally Collect and input accurate customer information into the system Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representativesAnswer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to marketing efforts Follow up with leads and maintain communication Update reports and maintain accurate lead tracking Perform quality control calls Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or marketing preferred Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and stay motivatedTeam player with strong organizational skills Why Join Us?
