Location:

Pay:

$18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday– Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and precision in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Technical or mechanical experience required

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating CNC machinery (mills, lathes, or similar equipment)

Familiarity with G-code or CNC programming basics

Experience with precision measurement tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
