Title-ERP PROCESS MAPPING AND CONTROLS SPECIALIST/CONSULTANT

Location- LOCAL TO WILMINGTON, MA ONSITE 1-2 DAYS A WEEK

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Finance ERP Process and Controls Specialist to support the comprehensive implementation, optimization, and management of our finance ERP system. In this contractor role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes are aligned and collectively integrated within the ERP system. This role will support efforts ensuring that business processes within ERP systems are mapped, controlled, and documented consistently, end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and risk and control frameworks, with a proven ability to manage and enhance finance operations from start to finish within an ERP system.

5+ years of experience in Finance ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) with a focus on process mapping, business controls, and compliance.

Strong understanding of financial and IT internal controls frameworks (SOX, COSO) and how they apply to ERP systems

Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and methodologies such as BPMN or other industry-standard process modeling techniques.

In-depth knowledge of finance ERP modules and how they are mapped to business processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
