To provide same day turnaround of receipts, shipping, goods issue, and core movements. Generate and complete accurate cycle counts. Complete all data transactions within the same day. Contribute to a safe work environment.

Primary Functions

Receive, unpack, verify receipt against packing slip, generate goods receipt.

Manage quarantine receipt and notify responsible parties for resolution.

Store materials in Depot, rotate/consolidate parts, and update bin locations daily.

Pick, pack, crate, and ship various parts/products.

Operate forklift equipment and inspect daily for maintenance issues.

Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventory when required.

Perform data entry of depot material movements.

Conduct quality pick and pack audits on order line items.

Ensure the accuracy of shipments for routine and non-routine orders.

Interface frequently with customer requests for materials; retrieve product and fulfill service requests.

Areas of Responsibility

Perform all receiving functions, including counting, identifying, and data entry to generate receipts.

Execute depot functions, filling orders and requisitions.

Perform all shipping functions, including pick, pack, and data entry to generate carrier labels.

Generate international documentation for shipments.

Data entry of Post Goods issue, transfer posting, and other transactions.

Schedule and provide appropriate documents for international/domestic shipments.

Engage in problem solving and scheduling.

Provide support to Customer Service and immediate service to any inquiry.

Maintain shipping supply inventory.

Observe all safety rules and practices.

Package dangerous goods and assist transportation carriers with providing government documentation and security endorsements as needed.

Perform special projects upon request.

Maintain good housekeeping skills.
