Pay Range: $50 - $68/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

PhD with 2+ years analytical experience OR

Master’s with 4+ years analytical experience

Expertise with core data science languages (predominantly with Python, and nice to have R & Scala), experience working with Snowflake and other different database systems (such as SQL, NoSQL)

Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, git/version control systems or similar

Experience working in cloud-based environment such as AWS or GCP or Azure and using cloud-technologies for building AI-solutions

Experience of AI/ML development (CI/CD, Orchestration)

Experience with various enterprise-level Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) - this is not a core competency, but a nice to have:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional with experience in integrating Salesforce with machine learning workflows, specifically using Metaflow for model orchestration and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise API development, cloud services (AWS), and CRM systems, with the ability to bridge data science and business operations.

Nice to have experience in using some data science tools such as datarobot, dataiku, Alteryx Previous pharma, nice to have.

Hands-on GenAI/ML modeling with complex datasets; strong theoretical foundation in AI/ML

Supervised/unsupervised learning

Deep learning, reinforcement learning, federated learning

Time series analysis, optimization, Generative AI

Strong Python coding (functions, classes); production-ready software development

Experience developing and deploying code in agile, AI product-focused teams

Comfortable working in cloud/HPC environments (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Apache Spark)

Experience with CI/CD, orchestration for AI/ML (Machine Learning) pipeline development

Python (required), R (nice to have), Scala (bonus)

SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, cloud databases

Excellent communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills

Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders

Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Git/version control, APIs

Experience with CI/CD, orchestration for AI/ML (Machine Learning) pipeline development

Python (required)

Minimum 2-4 years of experience depending on education level (refer to JD)

Experience is not required in pharma/ biotech, will consider other industries, Google, etc.

Proficiency in R or Scala

Experience in life sciences or healthcare

Experience in global, complex organizations

Exposure to tools like DataRobot, Dataiku, Alteryx
