Hello,
My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Instructional Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is 100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 10 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $55-60/hr.
Job Description:
Create engaging learning experiences that driver learner engagement and improve operational effectiveness.
Apply industry-standard instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
Use adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer.
Design and develop appropriate material/media: Instructor-led training (ILT), On-the-job training (OJT), eLearning modules, audio clips, videos, animation, simulations, role play, gamification, and other educational materials to further enhance learning experiences.
Work with collaborators on criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.
Support the translation of any content.
Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and reviewers to meet deadlines and produce high quality work products in accordance with stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree required.
Experience in instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.
Experience in developing learning programs for pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device companies.
Experience using instructional design tools to create eLearning content (e.g. Articulate 360, RISE, Storyline, etc.)
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard learning programs.
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP).
