Business Analyst, Boston

Realmo is an international IT company with an office in Boston, creating products at the intersection of AI, Big Data, and commercial real estate (https://realmo.com). We are growing fast and looking for a person with a sharp mind and an entrepreneurial way of thinking — someone who can structure chaos, see connections, and turn ideas into solutions.

What you will do:

Understand what exactly the team needs: marketing, product, sales — and help turn those needs into clear, actionable tasks.

Analyze data, processes, and metrics, form hypotheses, and help make fact-based decisions.

Write product requirements, build dashboards, collect feedback, and participate in developing product functionality.

Be the only analyst at the start — define approaches, set priorities, and lay the foundation for an analytical culture.

Later — move into the product team and grow toward a Product Owner / Product Analyst role.

Who we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in IT / product teams (analytics, product, BI, system analysis).

Ability to see the essence, ask the right questions, and structure information.

Energy, curiosity, independence — we have plenty of room for initiative.

A plus: experience with SQL, Power BI, Notion, Jira, and English at the level of reading documentation.
