Randstad has partnered with a Property Management organization to assist with filling their open leadership opportunity. This role will handle daily Front Desk responsibilities and oversee a small team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. This is a temporary position with potential to turn into a permanent role. Thursday & Friday: 3pm-11pm Saturday & Sunday: 7am-3pm salary: $25 - $26 per hour

- Provide day-to-day oversight and mentoring for the concierge team, ensuring consistent coverage while leading by example through professionalism and high service standards.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for the morning shift, addressing diverse resident needs—such as building access and vendor coordination—and resolving escalated concerns with diplomacy and sound judgment.
- Maintain building safety by monitoring camera systems, performing routine walkthroughs of access points, and supervising the use of community amenities like the gym and pool to ensure rule compliance.
- Manage high-volume administrative tasks including electronic shift logs, incident reporting, package delivery systems, and the end-to-end coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Serve as a calm, capable leader during emergencies by maintaining expert knowledge of response procedures and ensuring prompt, professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
