Claims Manager, Boston

CLAIMS MANAGER: Paralegals and Attorneys looking to get away from billable hour requirements - this job is for you!
Third-party insurance company seeks Claims Manager to join their team in either Boston or Philadelphia.
Ideal candidates are attorneys with 2 years of experience in civil litigation, OR paralegals with 5+ years of experience with civil litigation (bonus if there is exposure to toxic tort litigation).
Compensation up to $110k.
This role begins in office, but generous flexibility comes after an initial ramp-up period.
This is a 40 hour a week role with no overtime.
Candidates have control over their work hours as well.
