A day in the life. As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the person who brings new innovative ideas to our sales operations team and watches those ideas grow. You will use your strong technical skills as well as your interpersonal and relationship building skills to partner with our sales, service, and leadership colleagues as well as clients and carriers. You will manage all technical support and administrative functions essential to MMA’s sales productivity efforts. Become the subject matter expert and resourcefor our sales force and regional leadership in sales administration and in navigating MMA’s value propositions and technology tools. Lead the overall administration of Salesforce CRM platform, including ensuring data quality, data migrations and maintaining overall day to day data integrity. Partner with sales team to ensure high utilization of sales technology platforms during all stages of the sales cycle, including but not limited to Zywave/miEdge, ZoomInfo, Engage, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Riva and others. Track and audit Salesforce accounts for producer activity.Analyze Producer usage of Engage platform within Salesforce. Assist Producers with Engage reports and alerts. Research various markets as well as potential and existing client information. Assist with the preparation of monthly new business forecast and pipeline reports. Develop and distribute accurate reports and data essential to the sales organization, recommend improvements to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools. Participate on any regional and/or national calls relevant to the enhancement of the sales technology platforms. Participate in monthly RegionalSales Meeting as needed. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Strong proficiency with Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office Suite. 3-5 years of experience in a professional sales support role. Demonstrated ability to resolve problemsand make administrative and procedural decisions on your own. Strong ability to present results neatly, with clarity and precision, in both oral and written form. Excellent time management skills, handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adjusting priorities as needed. Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment. Enthusiasm for sales administration, reporting and tracking. Exceptional ability to communicate with colleagues, leaders and clients. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
