Role Summary: As a Customer Service Associate, you are detail oriented, friendly, a team player and an important part of the store's efficiency.
We are looking for a long-term addition to our team that wants to grow in the cannabis industry.
Previous customer service experience will be key in this position.
Someone with a great eye for detail who is equally committed to the team and the overall success of the store.
In exchange, you'll get to join an incredible family of passionate cannabis professionals and benefit from continual opportunities for professional development and industry education.Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceRetail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience requiredWorking knowledge of Google WorkspaceExperience in cannabis industry highly desirable, but not requiredMust be 21 years old and pass criminal background check Excellent oral and written communication skillsProficient computing skillsInnate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to matchAbility to critically think and problem solve without directionHigh level of integrityAbility to work nights and weekendsDuties: Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standardsDevelop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staffEnsure customer concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficientlyCommunicate customers requests and/or problems to the Manager on duty when neededCommunicate the effects of different variations and methods of cannabis consumption to customers clearly and effectivelyEnsure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of managementAssist in display maintenance and housekeeping of the dispensaryAssist in processing, replenishing and monitoring of merchandiseParticipate in inventory counts, as neededPerform data entry and manage the customer databaseAnswer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff memberMaintain a current stock of educational materials for new customers, etc.Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respectMaintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelinesPerform other related work as requiredEEO Statement: High Street Cannabis Group is an equal opportunity employer.
