Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Remote Business Immigration Attorney to manage the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration cases. The position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at handling various employment-based visa types. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' success.ResponsibilitiesPrepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters diligently.Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, including EB1, EB2-NIW, PERM, I-485, L-1, H1B, O-1 visas.Manage projects and deadlines, preparing and revising documents.Explain legal terminology to clients succinctly and timely.Research legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.Stay informed on legislative changes affecting immigration.Develop solutions to complex legal questions.Provide training on legal topics and updates on immigration laws.Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.Communicate effectively with clients and foreign nationals on case matters.Assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.Prepare petitions and applications for submission to DOL and USCIS.Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school.Admission to a US state bar in good standing.High-level organizational skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Adaptability and willingness to learn across practice areas.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.J-18808-Ljbffr
