with patience, kindness, and zero sarcasm./ppThe Kitchen Lead will help oversee daily kitchen execution while working side by side with team members during peak hours. This role is responsible for supporting food quality, kitchen organization, prep execution, sanitation, safety, temperature controls, and overall shift performance. The Kitchen Lead will provide guidance, coaching, and reinforcement of standards in real time while helping maintain a positive and productive work environment./ppSupport daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment/ppWork alongside team members during peak service periods/ppHelp ensure products are stored and prepared according to company standards/ppMonitor and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points/ppReinforce food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization standards/ppAssist in training team members on menu builds, prep standards, and execution consistency/ppProvide real-time coaching and feedback to improve efficiency and consistency/ppHelp maintain station readiness, prep flow, and line execution during service/ppAssist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies/ppSupport HACCP compliance duties/ppPartner closely with management and communicate operational concerns when needed/ppKitchen, restaurant, caf, or foodservice leadership experience preferred/ppStrong understanding of kitchen operations and back-of-house execution/ppKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards/ppAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment/ppStrong communication and interpersonal skills/ppAbility to multitask, stay organized, and maintain standards under pressure/ppAbility to guide, motivate, and support team members during service/ppProblem-solving ability and sound judgment/ppAccountability, reliability, and strong shift ownership/ppComfort working with a diverse team/ppBasic Google Workspace and Microsoft knowledge/ppFull-Time, 40 hours per week, Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience/ppHealth insurance, 4 weeks of vacation annually/ppGrowth Opportunity
