Financial Planning And Analysis Manager, Millersville

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic finance partner to operations, product, and executive leadership
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across multiple product lines
Drive and own:
Budgeting and forecasting cycles
Variance analysis and performance tracking
Financial modeling tied to growth, expansion, and M&A activity
Partner cross-functionally with:
Operations leadership
Global product teams
Executive leadership
Provide insights that enable data-driven decision making
Support strategic initiatives including:
Active M&A pipeline
Production line expansion
This role is instrumental in:
Bringing structure, visibility, and discipline to financial operations
Supporting scalable growth and operational efficiency
Helping stabilize and rebuild a finance organization currently in transition
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong FP&A experience within manufacturing environments (required)
Experience supporting:
Multi-site, global operations
Complex or engineered-to-order product lines
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
