What You'll Do As our Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting the financial health of our properties. You will: Manage day-to-day accounting, including bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow Review and analyze reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation process Assist with year-end audits and tax-related documentation Partner closely with operations teams to streamline processes and enhance financial performance Requirements What We're Looking For You're the ideal candidate if you are: Experienced: 2-3 years of accounting experience Technically Skilled: Proficient with accounting software, Excel-savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets Analytical&Organized: You bring a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a multifaceted role Collaborative: You communicate clearly and enjoy working with cross-functional teams Proactive: You take initiative, own your work, and continuously look for ways to improve processes Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
