The Clinical Nurse Manager Surgical Services will support a cohesive surgical team across two well-equipped operating rooms and a seven-bed pre-op/PACU area. This department thrives on collaboration, clinical excellence, and leaders who enjoy influencing daily workflow, patient experience, and team success.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee all perioperative functions, circulate in the operating room about 50% of the time, take call, and partner closely with a Surgery Nurse Manager counterpart. You’ll guide nursing operations, drive quality and performance initiatives, manage budgets, strengthen communication, and maintain regulatory readiness.
