Job Description
Integrity Roofing & Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Lead to oversee and execute high-quality residential projects.
This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and is passionate about developing team members.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a crew of up to three team members on job sites
Oversee and perform work in carpentry, siding, and decking projects
Train and mentor laborers to ensure quality and efficiency
Ensure all work meets company standards for craftsmanship and detail
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
Enforce strict compliance with L&I and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in carpentry, siding, and decking
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a small team
Full set of personal tools and safety equipment required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Thorough understanding of L&I and OSHA safety standards
