This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.
Job Details:
$0.65-$0.67 per mile
Detention pay: $15 /hour after 2 hours
Customer unload stop rate: $25 - $35
Driver assist: $25
Border crossing pay: $200
New hire training daily pay: $200 per day
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Holiday pay: $250 per day
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of
$90,000
Weekly home time

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
