Position Overview We’re looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented line cook who can execute high-quality Italian dishes under pressure. This is not a “just show up and cook” job—you’re expected to move with urgency, maintain standards, and take pride in every plate that leaves the window.Core Responsibilities Execute menu items consistently according to Dovini standards Work assigned station (grill, sauté, pasta, prep) with speed and accuracy Maintain clean, organized, and stocked station at all times Follow recipes, plating specs, and portion control exactly Communicate clearly with expo and team during serviceHandle high-volume service while maintaining food quality Assist with prep work, including sauces, proteins, and vegetables Properly label, date, and store all food items (FIFO) Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Clean down station and kitchen thoroughly after each shiftWhat We Expect (Non-Negotiables) Show up
on time, ready to work
