Key Responsibilities Build and manage a multi‐channel marketing strategy (SEO, LSA, PPC, social, direct mail, jobsite marketing, and referral systems)

Optimize cost‐per‐lead and cost‐per‐acquisition across all markets

Manage creative development for ads, landing pages, social content, and print materials

Oversee local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and review generation

Track and report on marketing performance, attribution, and ROI

Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality and volume align with capacity

Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, digital partners)

Support expansion into new markets with geo‐targeted campaigns

Develop jobsite marketing systems (yard signs, banners, door hangers, neighbor campaigns)

Required Experience 3+ years of marketing experience in home services

(roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, windows, remodeling, etc.)

Proven track record generating leads in competitive local markets

Strong understanding of LSA, PPC, SEO, and paid social

Experience managing creative, messaging, and brand consistency

Ability to analyze data and make ROI‐driven decisions

Comfortable working in a fast‐moving, growth‐focused environment
