Responsibilities Use hand and power tools to perform basic facilities maintenance and repairs, including basic carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting tasks. Assist with the installation of skirting, ramps, steps, fencing, and other set-up components. Perform grounds and yard maintenance as needed, including organizing units, maintaining clear pathways, and supporting general site upkeep.Shift:

6am-2:30pm (+OT during peak season) Pay Rate:

$19-$21/hr Essential Skills 1+ year of construction experience, including concrete labor, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facilities maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Job Type&Location

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
