Scope of Position

Ensure that Brokerage customers are well transitioned and served, leading a best in class operational team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Actively develop business for departments through active involvement in sales and retention process and close coordination with sales department, as per the company and branch objectives.

Manage implementation and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures for client. Also, coordinate and manage SOP revisions and send updates to origins.

Ensure that productivity and profitability goals for the CHB department are met

Assist District Manager with preparation of annual department budget

Meet monthly with District Manager to review department financials P&L and productivity results
