Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Manufacturing Technician I
to join an advanced aerospace manufacturing team in

Required Experience&Skills•
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED•
0-2 years of manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly experience• Ability to
read and follow work instructions, process sheets, and technical drawings• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to carefully handle
precision aerospace components• Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Basic computer proficiency with production or inventory systems •
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties&Responsibilities• Perform hands-on
mechanical fabrication and production support tasks• Use hand tools, fabrication tools, and inspection equipment safely and accurately • Work within fabrication processes including
deburring, shearing, polishing, sawing, and routing• Receive cross-training in
assembly, brake forming, heat treat, hot forming, and press forming operations• Follow detailed
work instructions, production documentation, process sheets, and blueprints• Perform
basic visual and dimensional inspections
of manufactured components• Accurately complete
production routers, inspection logs, and related documentation• Maintain a
clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace• Collaborate with production teams to identify issues and improve manufacturing efficiency • Support production goals related to
Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA)
Preferred Experience•
Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred• Familiarity with
AS9100 aerospace manufacturing standards• Exposure to
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives• Mechanical experience in
aerospace, automotive, or motorsports manufacturing• Forklift or material handling experience (certification required)
Additional Requirements• Must be
legally authorized to work in the United States• Ability to comply with
OSHA, NADCAP, ISO9000 / AS9100, ITAR, and FAA regulations• Ability to obtain internal certifications including
forklift, slings/cranes, FPV, or heat treat certifications
Physical Requirements• Ability to
stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended 8-12 hour shifts• Ability to
lift, carry, push, or pull 25-50 lbs regularly
(heavier lifting with assistance)• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with
moderate noise, vibration, and varying temperatures• Ability to wear required PPE including
safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
Safety Sensitive Position
This position is designated as
Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law . Drug testing applies, and
medical marijuana use is not permitted in this role, even with a valid license .
Work Environment• Advanced
