Are you a faithful, Spirit-led leader called to preach God’s Word and shepherd a loving congregation? Grace Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas, is prayerfully seeking our next full-time Senior Pastor!  

About Us:

• We are an active Southern Baptist congregation with an average weekly attendance of 130–180.  

• Our excellent campus facilities offer immense potential for growth in a rapidly developing community.  

• We are deeply committed to biblical truth, intentional discipleship, and local/global missions.  

Qualifications:

• Meets the biblical standards of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, and aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).  

• Minimum of 3 years of Head/Senior Pastor experience (10 years within Southern Baptist-aligned churches preferred).  

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent seminary degree preferred.  

• Strong preaching, interpersonal, and vision-casting skills to engage a multigenerational church.
