divh2Office Coordinator Ii/h2pHWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Office Coordinator II.
/ppThe Office Coordinator II supports the Plant Manager and Department Managers by performing a variety of administrative duties such as processing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing subcontractors and customers, and assisting in inventory counts.
This position is also responsible for compiling and distributing monthly reports.
/ppResponsibilities/pulliHandling Human Resources functions including verifying weekly timecards and entering into ERP system, checking weekly payroll register for correctness; coordinating with corporate payroll and HR, processing new hire paperwork, benefits, payroll and fielding basic HR questions/liliProcessing accounts payable invoices; Preparing invoices for subcontractor payments and maintaining records; Generating and entering sales orders into ERP system/liliPreparing and distributing monthly reports/liliPurchasing and ensuring proper level of supplies are kept on hand at plant; Maintaining office supplies/liliProcesses accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials/li/ulpRequirements/pulliHigh school diploma or GED.
/liliThe Office Coordinator II requires two (2) four (4) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.
/liliRequires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/liliRequires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment/liliRequires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data/liliRequires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail/li/ulpPhysical and Environmental Requirements/pulliPhysical Activity: Requires more than 2/3 of time using hands/fingers to handle and/or feel or reaching with hands and arms; 1/3 to 2/3 of time sitting, talking or hearing; less than 1/3 of time standing or walking.
/liliLifting: Requires lifting up to 25 pounds less than 1/3 of time.
/liliVision: Requires accurate close and distance vision and the ability to focus.
/liliEnvironment: Requires more than 2/3 of time in an office setting with very limited exposure.
