Prospecting new business (heavy B2B door-to-door cold calling) Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity Sell and set up new accounts Manage accounts you sell Training and Development

Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training further into your career. New Territory Managers join the "Fast Start Program" for 3 months of in-the-field training with upper management. Rewards and Recognition

3-5 years of freight sales experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication) Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended) Energetic, polished and professional appearance and demeanor Determined to be part of a winning team A burning desire to be successfulCompensation and Benefits
