This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within the plant.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Certified Electrician highly preferred for 1st shift candidates
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems
Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
Assist with the installation of new equipment
Conduct regular inspections for preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Suggest improvements for equipment reliability
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues
