Major NYC Hospital Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
* Compile, create, and distribute reports using multiple sources of information.
* Attend meetings and compile and distribute minutes.
* Provide support and requested information for the Chief Nursing Officer.
* Administrative duties including answering telephones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements as needed.
* Assist with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys. Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
* Skilled in Excel and Access.
Additional Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
* Prior experience in healthcare industry a plus.
Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $25.00 to $28.00 is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
