Role:                  Nighttime Warehouse Supervisor

Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 hourly (depending on experience)

Shift :                 Sunday thru Thusday 6 PM - 4 AM plus overtime

Location:           Bronx, NY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nighttime Warehouse supervisor to oversee operations within our distribution facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assembly line activities, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations within a factory setting.

Duties

Supervise daily distribution activities on the assembly line to ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with 25 plus warehouse staff to manage inventory and materials needed for production.

Train and mentor team members on the proper use of Safety protocols and machinery.

Monitor Distribution and production quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain standards.

Collaborate with Management teams to improve distribution and shipping processes and enhance productivity.

Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.

Skills

Proven experience in a Distribution facility with a strong understanding of picking, packing and shipping

Proficient in the use of hand scanners

Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is preferred.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Bilingual Spanish Strongly Perferred
