expanding our internal medicine team
and we re looking for an
experienced PA, FNP or AGNP
to join our busy, well-established practice!

5 MDs and 1 NP
, with strong support staff including LPNs, CMAs, patient service reps, a PharmD, and more.
100% outpatient primary care
no hospital responsibility.
Daily patient load after ramp-up:
***** patients/day
, with an emphasis on
adult and geriatric care
(60% of patients are 65+).
EPIC EMR
with MyChart for telehealth as appropriate, DAX/AI ambient charting is available
Opportunity to independently manage your patient panel and make a real impact on population health outcomes.
What We re Looking For:
Minimum
1 year of outpatient primary care experience
working independently.
Positive, collaborative mindset a provider who fosters patient relationships and works well in a team.
Willingness to participate in
after-hours call rotation
to cover PTO as needed
Practice Hours & Benefits:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (5 days/week)
Up to
$5,000 relocation assistance
(>50 miles)
Guaranteed base salary + productivity, quality, and value bonuses
32 days ATO
for holidays, CME, and other out-of-office time
$3,000 CME allowance
