Enters data into the computer. Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines We require: At least 1 years' experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field.Excellent computer and customer service skills. High school diploma required. Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus) Strong customer service skills.
