NYS licensed and registered pharmacist (R). Immunization certified (P). Computer literacy (R). PGY1 residency exp (P). 2+ yrs exp in retail pharmacy (P). 5 yrs exp in hospital pharmacy services &/or pharmaceutical services related to iv therapies (P). Knowledge of Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacokinetics (P).
