Residential Aide Bilingual Spanish

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Residential Aide will assist in ensuring effective service delivery

•

The Residential Aide will provide staff support and maintain program stability by providing assistance and monitoring the premises

•

engage with individuals experiencing homelessness as well as with Program and Outreach staff

•

Monitor the area and provide resources to clients

•

Maintain a welcoming, safe, stable environment for clients

•

Make hourly rounds within and outside the facility to ensure safety and security
