As a leader in operational account management, you will be the primary contact for our national account customers post-sales. Your role involves managing customer relationships, overseeing installation projects, and ensuring service ticket performance aligns with our standards and SLAs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position involves managing a portfolio of accounts with a general dollar volume range of $5M - $12M.
Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years of experience in the alarm industry. 5 years of demonstrated project management experience. 2 years of customer relationship management experience. Advanced knowledge of the electronic security industry. Technical understanding of sales, installation, service, billing, and monitoring systems.Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel as required. Preferences
Construction experience. CSPM or PMP certification. Intermediate MS Office and Project skills.
