• 3–5 years of experience in process-based manufacturing or industrial logistics.

• Proficiency in manufacturing scheduling software and digital record-keeping.

• Proven ability to stand/walk for long shifts in a dusty, high-noise industrial setting.

• Valid Driver’s License and high school diploma (or equivalent).
