Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments Strong skills in counseling, behavioral intervention, and consultationFamiliarity with the IEP process and writing relevant, solution-oriented reports Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents Compassionate and student-focused approach to problem-solving Primary Responsibilities:
Assess students' cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional needs through testing and observation Develop individualized recommendations and interventions to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 planning Serve as a resource to staff and families in addressing learning and behavior concernsProvide direct and indirect support services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention Help foster a positive and inclusive school climate Benefits&Perks:
