Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team.
This position is fully in-office and plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries and positions.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruiting databases
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
