No hybrid schedule.
/ppExperience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
/ppUKG Pro experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED/ppstrongPOSITION SUMMARY/strong/ppThis position is responsible for ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately.
/ppEnsure bi-weekly payroll is processed accurately with limited issues for the organization/ppResponsible for facilities payroll to ensure all employees are paid accurately/ppProcess new hires, increases and changes in UKG, reports are submitted timely, and audits are completed as requested/ppstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliProcessing manual checks for distribution/liliFollow and calculate all outside wage garnishments requests or judgments when required on an individuals paycheck.
/liliMaintain personnel database regarding salaries/liliAnswer questions regarding paychecks, withholdings tax issues or wage adjustments from employees and help troubleshoot possible issues with pay/liliManage and maintain employees accruals are accurate/liliReport to department head regarding daily activities and issues/liliAddress and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system/liliPrepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, and other data as needed/liliEnsure all government reporting requirements are submitted timely/liliConduct training new employees/liliVerify and process W2s/liliMulti-site management/liliAttention to detail/liliWorks independently and holds others accountable/li/ulpEvery effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position.
