Manage and respond to support tickets using Freshdesk, documenting solutions post-resolution.

Serve as a technical liaison with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Support IT projects and upgrades as needed.

Technical Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Proficient in setting up and maintaining domain controllers and managing user accounts.

Strong experience with

Microsoft 365

and

Google Workspace : user setup, email migration, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of

network administration

and resolving network-related issues.

Familiarity with

VMware

environments.

Experience with various

backup solutions

and disaster recovery protocols.

Skilled in

PC hardware troubleshooting and repair .
